About

The project aims to improve the wellbeing of teachers and their students, promoting positive school environments that lead to healthier schools.

Specifically, the project seeks to:

  • Promote Mental Health and Well-Being Literacy: Educate school staff, teachers, parents and students about mental health, ephasizing the importance of early identification and the adoption of healthy coping strategies.

  • Cultivate a Positive School Climate: Develop environments that promote psychological well- being, social & emotional learning, resilience, and personal growth, aiming to prevent mental health issues before they arise.

  • Empower Educators with innovative practices and resources for mental health and Well-Being promotion.

CARDET (Center for the Advancement of Research and Development in Educational Technology)

CARDET is one of the leading research and development centers in the Mediterranean region with global expertise in project design and implementation, capacity building, and e-learning. Is independently affiliated with universities and institutions from around the world, such as the Yale University, the University of Nicosia and the International Council of Educational Media. CARDET has completed numerous projects relating to the development of capacity building and planning in education and VET, youth support, adult learning, literacies, digital tools, eLearning, educational technology, and social integration of marginalized groups. One of our core-strengths is our ability to carefully plan, implement, execute and evaluate projects in various contexts.
















IHU (International Hellenic University)

The International Hellenic University (IHU) is a dynamic public university in Greece, promoting academic excellence and international collaboration. Its Department of Early Childhood Education & Care (ECEC), based in Thessaloniki, is committed to advancing early childhood education and care through innovative teaching and research. Offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including a Master’s in Digital and Soft Skills in Education, the department supports the development of professional competencies in early childhood educators. Actively involved in EU-funded projects, ECEC focuses on curriculum innovation, quality assessment, and educator training, fostering inclusive, high-quality learning environments through partnerships with national and international institutions.











UNIMIB (University of Milano-Bicocca)

The University of Milano-Bicocca, established in 1998, is a dynamic public institution located in northern Milan, Italy. It offers a multidisciplinary academic environment with over 38,000 students enrolled in programs across economics, law, medicine, science, psychology, and education. The university’s modern campus, developed on a former industrial site, reflects its commitment to innovation and sustainability. With 80 bachelor’s and master’s programs, 22 doctoral courses, and numerous specialization schools, Milano-Bicocca emphasizes research and international collaboration, fostering an inclusive and forward-thinking academic community.
















UNSTPB – CUPIT (National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest – Pitesti University Center)

Pitești University Centre (CUPIT) is one of the two centres composing the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest – a state modern HE provider for over 8500 students. CUPIT has 550 academic & non-academic staffs and 6 faculties providing Bachelor, Master and Doctor degrees (www.upit.ro), preparing specialists, creating an intellectual community accredited by national/international quality agencies.
CUPIT’s activities include education & training; scientific & applicative research; professional guidance & counselling. CUPIT is a full member of international bodies (EUA, DRC, AUF, EfVET, EDEN). Its last-decade portfolio contains over 200 research & cooperation EU projects, as coordinator or partner.






IȘJ ARGEȘ (INSPECTORATUL ȘCOLAR JUDEȚEAN ARGEȘ ROMANIA)

The Arges County School Inspectorate is a complex institution, subordinated to the Ministry of Education, which aims to develop, at the level of Arges County, an innovative, flexible, relevant educational system, based on the transmission and acquisition of key competences.
In Arges County, the educational network includes: 238 state educational units, 35 private schools, where 86 835 children attend courses.
Thus, the ISJ ARGEȘ team is concerned with:
– guiding and controlling the educational process, materialized by specialized, thematic and general school inspections, in order to evaluate the teachers’ activities, as well as to obtain the teaching degrees.
-increasing the quality of teaching activity and performance in education, reflected in the results of the exams for the admission of students to high school, higher education, as well as to school competitions and Olympiads.
– modernization of the means and methods of teaching and learning,
– the quality of the managerial act.
Last but not least, one of the main objectives is the conclusion of effective partnerships, with an impact on the instructive-educational process, aimed at the profile of the key competences and the objectives of the Romanian educational society.






  • RDE of Epirus, Greece (Regional Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education)

    The Regional Directorate of Education of Epirus is a decentralized body of the Greek Ministry of Education, overseeing 551 schools across four prefectures. It supports over 41,000 students and 6,000 teachers, promoting inclusive, innovative, and sustainable education. With departments focused on EU projects, vocational training, legal, economic, and digital services, it also coordinates support centers and refugee education programs. Through national and European collaborations, it implements Erasmus+ projects, fosters teacher training, and advances educational policies, aiming to enhance school leadership, digital literacy, environmental awareness, and equal learning opportunities for all.

    The Institute of Development (IoD) was established in 2003 with a vision to improve wellbeing and achieve optimal human functioning through continuous personal and professional development. Its mission is to empower individuals, organizations, and communities to flourish through evidence-based methods, including the principles of Positive Psychology, character education, soft skills development, emotional intelligence, and compassion.
















    D.P.E.W.T (Directorate of Primary Education of Western Thessaloniki )

    The Directorate of Primary Education of Western Thessaloniki is a public educational authority responsible for overseeing and supporting primary schools in the region. It ensures the implementation of national educational policies, promotes innovative teaching practices, and fosters inclusive and quality education for all students. The Directorate collaborates with local and international partners to enhance professional development, digital literacy, and intercultural learning. With a strong commitment to equity, sustainability, and lifelong learning, it plays a vital role in shaping a modern and responsive educational environment for children, educators, and the wider community in Western Thessaloniki.
